Niko's 4th Birthday
I completely geeked out on creating the ultimate 'train party' for Niko (notwithstanding train parties of generation past ;)...
Nevertheless... almost ten years later... another train party in the making!
We rode the "double decker" metra Milwakuee North District Line to Northbrook, IL where we had pizza at Mi Pie pizza, where we had a fishbowl view of Metra - Amtrak- and Freight trains passing by. With front row view of the train crossing gates ... 'ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding...!' (Pizza was mediocre... but the view was perfect!) Could not have planned for a better and best of all.. simple birthday party!
